Celebrating Excellence: Congratulations to Our 2024 Scholarship Recipient, Kirsen!

At AlaTrust, we take immense pride in supporting the aspirations of our members, and this year, we’re thrilled to recognize Kirsen as the recipient of our 2024 scholarship!

Kirsen, a Birmingham native and Helena High School Alum, is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Education at Jacksonville State University (JSU). Her passion for education and dedication to shaping young minds is truly inspiring. After completing her master’s degree, Kirsen plans to teach in Jacksonville, a community she grew to love during her student teaching experience.

Kirsen’s academic journey began at JSU, where she earned her undergraduate degree and excelled as a student-athlete on the track and field team. Her determination on and off the track is a testament to her commitment to achieving her goals.

A proud member of AlaTrust for over five years, Kirsen exemplifies the values of hard work and perseverance. We are honored to support her educational journey and have no doubt that she will leave a lasting impact on her future students and the Jacksonville community.
