  • Our credit union will partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements. The businesses we select will offer products designed to enhance our members' economic well-being. Under no circumstances will we authorize these firms to charge your account without your express consent, and we will not sell member information to telemarketing firms.
  • Our credit union will offer you a choice in how your information is used. Any member of our credit union may elect to keep their information from being shared with our business partners. We will inform you on how to exercise your choice, and we will take all reasonable steps to make sure your requests are followed. At least once a year, we will remind all members of your right to choose.

    • By subscribing to AlaTrust Credit Union SMS services, you agree to receive text messages from us. AlaTrust Credit Union will send SMS messages to update customers on project statuses and enhance the overall customer experience. For assistance, please contact us at 1 (800) 264-8031. To opt out, reply "STOP" at any time. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.
    • Text/SMS Marketing: If you opt into SMS communications from AlaTrust Credit Union, you will receive text messages at the number provided. These may include promotional offers, coupons, and updates related to AlaTrust Credit Union or our affiliated businesses, along with order and account information.
    • Consent to Receive Automated Messages: Your consent to receive automated messages is not a condition for purchasing or using AlaTrust Credit Union services. Messages may include order confirmations, updates, and special offers.
    • Frequency of Messages: Message frequency may vary based on orders, account activity, and promotions. Messages will include transactional updates and occasional promotional content.
    • Opt-Out and Support Options: To stop receiving text messages, text "STOP" at any time. Once your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from us.
