Role
Serve as liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information in person or by phone as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, interview and professionally handle the member’s daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members including loan processing, closing and disbursal. Travel to whichever branch is in need of assistance for the day.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Interview loan applicants in-person or by-telephone. Assist members with loan application process to ensure completeness of information. Explain the loan process to members to include loan options, insurance on loan products, loan policies, interest rates, payoffs, etc. Process, close and disburse loans.
- Conduct interviews on credit union services and programs with each new credit union member. Open new account products and service existing accounts. Promote and cross-sell products and services based on member need. Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership and available products and services.
- Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member service and transactions.
- Provide in-person and by-telephone/email general and specific service related information concerning credit union services or policies. Respond to member requests, problems or complaints or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance. May handle more complex questions or problems for other team members.
- Research accounts for deposit, withdrawal, and loan payment discrepancies. Assist members in balancing their accounts.
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by Service Representatives. Maintain an up-todate and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies, procedures, and rules and regulations.
- Travel to the designated branch each day. Serves as Teller as needed by branch. Assist Tellers and research and resolve discrepancies.
- Scan daily work and perform such other functions that might be needed from time to time, and assist others to complete tasks and work assignments.
- Ensure that work area is properly stocked with forms, supplies, brochures, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience - Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Education/Certifications/Licenses - High school degree or GED required.
- Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving and obtaining information, as well as advising or referring, which commonly require shorter discussions.
Role
Responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and being an effective source of information for our members: in lobby, drive-thru window, by telephone or online. Provides friendly, professional, confidential and effective assistance to members and company associates assuring a positive experience and minimizing wait time.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings and borrowing members: receives funds, posts transactions and pays out funds as requested. Verbally confirm intended transactions with member to assure needs are met and minimize redoing.
- Issues money orders, cashier’s checks, teller’s checks and receives currency for coin and verifies amounts, and cashes checks according to written procedures.
- Receives loan payments and savings deposits from members, addresses inquiries on accounts, records amounts and dates of payments and other significant information, checks member’s calculations and validates checks and/or counts cash payments.
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve member’s internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.
- Balances cash drawer daily to assure accuracy in transactions and notifies supervisor regarding any outages. Appropriately applying policies.
- Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed, provide support for the department and branch managers in fulfilling member’s requests and merchant verifications
- Create and maintain a clean, neat, pleasant work environment by maintaining a professional look (i.e. dress, posture, attitude, etc.), positive outlook and behavior toward members and co-workers.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

- Experience - Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Role
The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, senior management and the marketing department. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. Also, serves as a liaison to the board of directors and executive management team, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Plans and executes monthly Board Meeting and is responsible for miscellaneous duties as related to the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for miscellaneous Human Resource duties.

- Types, drafts, assimilates and distributes correspondence for President and Senior Managers.
- Serves as the company's purchasing agent for all office supplies, kitchen supplies and other miscellaneous supplies and equipment, excluding high dollar items.
- Maintains corporate files and proper filing of all correspondence.
- Responsible for various IT functions such as resetting passwords, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience - 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Education/Certifications/Licenses - High school degree or GED required.
- Interpersonal Skills - A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with members, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
