A Better Card Control Experience Is Coming to AlaTrust

We’re making an upgrade to the way you manage your AlaTrust debit and credit cards!

Beginning September 25th, 2026, our current card control app will no longer be available or supported. We’re using this opportunity to bring you a more robust card management experience designed to provide even more convenience, security and control over your cards.

What You Need to Know

After September 25th, the current card control app will no longer be available for use. If you currently have the app on your phone, you can remove it after that date.

We’re actively working behind the scenes on the next version of our card control experience. Our goal is to provide an improved service with enhanced features and an easier way for you to manage your cards.

We expect the new experience to be available within approximately 60–90 days (between November 25th, 2026 and December 25th, 2026) . We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to launch and let you know when the new app is ready. More details will be released soon on how to donwload our new card control app.

We know having convenient access to your card information and controls is important, and we don’t want you to feel like you’re on your own while we make this transition to a better service for you.

During this temporary period, our AlaTrust team is here to help! If you need assistance with your card or have questions about your card account, simply give us a call at 1-800-264-8031, and an AlaTrust staff member will be happy to assist you.

You can also continue to access your accounts through AlaTrust Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
